The airport is served by most major airlines, which provide daily nonstop and connecting flights both nationally and internationally. It is easily assessable by car for both arrivals and departures. If you choose to fly into the area, car rentals are available. Shuttle service is also an option, which can bring you directly to the park.
The second option for air travel is the St Pete-Clearwater International Airport located just 15 miles south of Dunedin. Both a military and public airport, it is a very easy airport to use for those who are not as comfortable with driving to and from a large airport. Allegiant Airlines offers the domestics flights, while Sunwing provides service to and from parts of Canada. Not all airports within the country offer Allegiant service so it would be necessary for one to explore if this alterative would be available for use. Shuttle and taxi services are available from this airport.
