Lake Highlander Resident Owned 55+ Mobile Home Park was established in 1990. Prior to being a mobile home park, the land was originally one of Florida’s many orange groves. Today our 293-unit park, which is nestled between established permanent housing communities, is a blend of permanent and seasonal residents who come from various locations throughout Canada and the United States. Upon arrival, seasonal residents look forward to their fun in the sun, seeing friends and neighbors, and participating in numerous community activities.
