The board meeting has been canceled for this week.
Manager Note:
- Leave nothing behind! Clear out carports, planters, and storage. Do not leave anything out as you are preparing to depart for the season.
- The clubhouse has been inspected for pests. I’d like to ask that all food be kept in plastic containers to deter pests. We haven’t found any yet, but I fear all the crackers, etc., in the closets will attract them. Anything not in plastic after May will be trashed.
- Washout holes inspected for pipe breaks and filled as needed.
- Plastic containers left after the White Elephant had to be tossed by maintenance.
- Pool equipment inspected for leaks. No issues.
- Remember to call to let the office know you are leaving and to turn your water off. Do not turn your water off in the box yourself.
- Did you know that the office updates the mailing list as your water is scheduled for turn off? So, if you do not notify the office of your departure, we don’t know where to send your mailings.
