Manager Note week ending 11/8/2024
- 1st Notice of Election scheduled to go out 11/10/24
- The remainder of the foam storm debris was removed from the park
- Pressure gauge donated from resident for air compressor
- A new keypad was installed on the multipurpose building (code 1245)
- Fence repaired
- Grass in the ditch at DHS cut
- Storage shelves built in Card Room closet
- Sidewalks weeded/cleaned (ongoing)
REMINDER:
According to the LHRO Rules and Regulations:
5.5 Only grills, plants, outdoor furniture, or personal vehicles may be kept in carports.
Portable shed/storage units are prohibited on carport. This area shall be kept neat and clean;
building materials may not be stored in driveways.
Violations letters will begin going out Monday 11/11/24 for anything stored in carports other than approved items.
Upcoming Activities
The Social Club board would like to send a big HELLO and WELCOME to all Lake Highlander Residents & Renters (old & new). We want to invite all of you to please join our membership for only $5.00 for 2024/25! This means you may attend all Social Club-sponsored activities, dinners, dances, events, etc. free of charge, otherwise, it’s $5.00 per event! What a deal!! Right!!
