Weekly FYI from the Manager Week Beginning 9/18/2023

Violation notices sent. Mildewed home. Awnings need pressure washing. Electric pedestal replaced. Compressor replaced on the billiards room AC. Painted curbs on sidewalk outside the card room to increase visibility. Lanai touched up- chipping paint in conduit. Pool shower deep cleaned and added to weekly rotation. Implementing notices to curb unlicensed work.

Weekly FYI from the Manager Week Beginning 9/11/2023

Documented issues and violations: Violations on homes with pictures have been sent out. Glider at the lake was repaired-broken armrests were replaced. Inspected road signs for wear. The ‘Wrong Way-Do not Enter’ sign was replaced. Cleaned up island-removed dead plants and weeded. Pool loungers are scheduled to be returned this week.

Documented issues and violations: 12 violation letters have been sent off with pictures. The light globes around the pool have been repaired, The plants on the island have been removed.  They have been there for a few years and everything needs to be cleaned up to give the island an updated look. Documented issues and violations: Violations on homes with pictures have been sent out. The electrical in the pool globes will be repaired this week.  The wiring in the lights is old and decayed and melted from the heat. Trimmed Podacarpus along Falcon and Arboricolos at the parking area in front of the Clubhouse. Wall around the pool has been painted inside and outside.
