The LHRO Board has finalized the review of the Rules and Regulations for 2020. The Lake Highlander ByLaws: XV Article (1) states the Board of Directors may adopt and amend reasonable rules and regulations. (2) states no rule or regulation becomes effective until thirty (30) days after posting.
